The World Ombudsmus is an organ of the World Government, established as a public defender to protect the People of Earth and all individuals against violations or neglect of universal human and civil rights, as outlined in Article 12 and other sections of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.1
By adopting the enabling legislation, World Legislative Act #31, the Ninth Provisional World Parliament has activated the World Ombudsmus to ensure that the emerging World Government enhances and protects the human dignity and rights of every citizen on Earth.
