The World Executive is an organ of the World Government. It consists of a Presidium of five members, and of an Executive Cabinet of from twenty to thirty members, all of whom shall be members of the World Parliament.¹

During the Provisional Stage:

In the provisional stage, the Provisional World Parliament elects a Provisional World Executive to serve the welfare of humanity and to proceed with the organization of the organs and agencies of the World Government on a provisional basis until the First Operative Stage of World Government is reached.
