The Emergency Earth Rescue Administration (EERA) is a constitutional body with a statutory framework concerned with all aspects of climate change and related factors. To address the increasing levels of CO2 before climatic and geological changes become irreversible, the Second Provisional World Parliament adopted World Legislative Act #6, which established the EERA with a quasi-autonomous structure.
