Provisional World Parliament (PWP) is an organ of the Provisional World Government. It is a transitional legislative body convening in joint session of all three houses of the World Parliament along with the members of the Provisional World Parliament.

- Delegates: 500 or more delegates to attend, representing people in 20 countries from five continents, and having credentials defined by Article 19, Section 3; Read more
- Funds: The minimum funds necessary to organize the sessions of the Provisional World Parliament are either on hand or firmly pledged;
- Location: Suitable locations are confirmed at least nine months in advance, unless emergency conditions justify shorter advance notice.
